Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Baby&Oak, we do everything we can to ensure fast, reliable, and transparent delivery. Below you’ll find all the details about our shipping methods, fees, delivery times, and general conditions.
ARTICLE 1. Shipping Methods
We offer two types of delivery:
- Standard Delivery — free with tracking.
- Premium Delivery 💎 + Tracking — includes priority processing and an exclusive bonus.
ARTICLE 2. Delivery Zones
We currently deliver to Europe, the US, the UK, India, and Australia.
The list of available destinations may evolve over time. Availability for each country is clearly displayed during checkout.
ARTICLE 3. Processing & Delivery Times
- Europe: order preparation within 0–4 business days, estimated delivery within 2–6 business days after shipment.
- Switzerland, Canada, US, UK, India, Australia: order preparation within 0–4 business days, estimated delivery within 2–8 business days after shipment.
On average, our customers receive their orders within 2–7 business days across Europe and the rest of the world.
These timeframes are provided for reference and may vary depending on destination, season, and local logistics. All delivery fees are clearly communicated to the customer during the checkout process.
Delivery is available only to valid addresses (no P.O. boxes, hotels, temporary accommodations, “poste restante” addresses, or collective delivery points).
Note: Some European or non-European countries may not always be eligible for delivery. Only destinations displayed during checkout are guaranteed.
ARTICLE 4. Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships, allowing you to follow your parcel in real time.

ARTICLE 5. Customer Responsibility – Address & Parcel Reception
The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery details at the time of order. In case of an address error, Baby&Oak reserves the right not to resend the parcel at its own expense.
Upon receiving the parcel, the customer must carefully inspect the condition of the products. Any anomaly (damaged parcel, missing item) must be immediately reported, with precise notes made on the carrier’s receipt. If an item is missing, an investigation will be opened with the carrier (up to 21 business days). If found: the product will be sent to the customer. If not: a replacement shipment will be arranged at Baby&Oak’s expense.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, it is considered final, and no refund will be issued.
