ARTICLE 1. General Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
For hygiene and safety reasons, most of our products (training pants, swimwear, potty-training accessories, mattress protectors, inserts, detergents, stickers, etc.) are neither returnable nor exchangeable, even if unopened.
Exceptions and specific cases:
- Size exchange: Possible only if the size was chosen according to our size guide and the product is clearly too small or too large upon fitting. Requests must be made within 14 days of receipt with a detailed explanation.
- Defective product or shipping error: If the product has a manufacturing defect or you received the wrong item, please contact us here with a photo as proof. An exchange will be offered after verification.
- Sale, personalized, or bundle items: No returns or refunds. A store credit or exchange may be offered at our discretion.
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Product not used as intended
- Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
- Product opened, used, or without proof of purchase
- Unjustified or abusive requests
- Complaints about the place of manufacture (clearly stated prior to purchase)
ARTICLE 2. 30-Day Peace of Mind Guarantee
Our guarantee lets you shop with confidence: If, after 60 days of genuine and proper use, your child has not shown progress in potty training, contact our team within 75 days of receipt with a detailed explanation of your situation.
We will carefully review your request and offer a personalized solution (exchange, store credit, goodwill gesture, etc.) in accordance with our hygiene policy and applicable regulations.
The guarantee applies only if all the following conditions are met:
– The child must be actively engaged in potty training (with visible signs of autonomy).
– The training pants must have been used as intended for potty learning (not as a regular diaper).
– A minimum of 60 days of use is required before any request.
– Each request must include a detailed description of the potty-training context (child’s behavior, frequency of attempts, etc.).
– Sale, personalized, or bundle items are only eligible for an exchange or store credit, at our discretion.
The guarantee does not cover:
– Children not ready for potty training
– Use as a replacement for disposable diapers
– Requests submitted too early or without sufficient justification
– Misuse or misinterpretation of the product’s function
Any disrespectful, abusive, or threatening behavior toward our team, or public defamation of Baby&Oak or its staff, will result in the immediate termination of the guarantee, and no commercial solution will be offered.
